OXYGATE is a selective, broad-spectrum herbicide containing Oxyfluorfen 23.5% EC as its active ingredient. It is primarily used as a pre-emergence weed control solution and exhibits residual activity for extended protection. It controls a wide variety of broadleaf and grassy weeds by inhibiting protoporphyrinogen oxidase (PPO), disrupting cell membrane integrity and leading to plant desiccation.

Its soil-surface activity ensures effective weed control before emergence, providing a clean start for your crops.

Dosage & Application:

• Recommended Dose: 400–600 ml per acre (depending on soil and weed load)

• Dilution: Mix with 200–300 liters of water per acre

• Application Method: Soil surface spray using flat-fan nozzle

• Timing: Apply within 3 days of sowing before weed emergence

 

Precautions:

• Do not apply on crops other than those recommended

• Avoid use on sandy soils prone to leaching

• Ensure uniform soil moisture for optimal performance

• Use protective gear during application
