METIMAC
METIMAC is a highly effective nerve poison insecticide-acaricide based on Abamectin 1.9% EC. It acts through both contact and translaminar systemic activity, targeting the nervous system of insects and mites. METIMAC amplifies the effects of glutamate and GABA neurotransmitters, leading to loss of muscle control, paralysis, and death of the pest over a few days.
It is especially effective against mites, leaf miners, and other sucking pests, making it a preferred solution for high-value crops like grapes and roses.
