Fenobucarb (BPMC) 5096 EC

KAHAR is a high-performance insecticide containing Fenobucarb (BPMC) 50% EC, specifically formulated for controlling sucking pests in paddy cultivation, especially Brown Plant Hopper (BPH) and Green Leaf Hopper (GLH).

It acts through both contact and stomach action, disrupting the insect’s nervous system and causing paralysis. With quick knockdown and minimal effect on beneficial insects, KAHAR is an ideal choice for Integrated Pest Management (IPM) in rice fields.

Dosage & Application:

  • Dosage: 250–300 ml per acre

  • Dilution: Mix with 200–250 liters of water per acre

  • Application Method: Foliar spray using flat-fan or hollow cone nozzle

  • Timing: Apply at early infestation or as per ETL (Economic Threshold Level)

 

Precautions:

  • Do not mix with alkaline substances

  • Wear gloves, mask, and goggles while handling

  • Avoid spraying during high wind or rain

  • Keep away from food, feed, children, and livestock

  • Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight
