CARBOMAN is a broad-spectrum fungicide combining the systemic action of Carbendazim with the contact, protective action of Mancozeb. This dual formulation makes CARBOMAN a powerful triple-action fungicide — ideal for seed treatment, preventive, and curative applications.

Carbendazim penetrates plant tissues to control fungal pathogens from within, while Mancozeb forms a protective layer on the plant surface to block spore germination. Together, they provide long-lasting and effective protection against a wide range of fungal diseases in multiple crops.

Mode of Action:

• Carbendazim: Systemic fungicide that inhibits fungal cell division (β-tubulin synthesis).

• Mancozeb: Contact fungicide that inhibits multiple enzyme activities in fungi.

Usage & Dosage:

• Foliar Spray: 2.0 – 2.5 g per liter of water

• Seed Treatment: 2.5 g per kg of seed

• Application Interval: Every 10–15 days, depending on disease severity

• Use 200–300 liters of water per acre for field application

 

Precautions:

• Do not mix with alkaline substances.

• Use PPE (mask, gloves) during handling and spraying.

• Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight, food, and feed.
